How to get through difficult times

Difficult times have helped me to understand better than before how infinitely rich and beautiful life is in every way, and that so many things that one goes worrying about are of no importance whatsoever, Karen Blixen.

Do not get dismayed or discouraged in hard times, and whatever you do ― never ever play the victim’s role.

  2. Enjoy the moment, the everlasting present. Do not dream of the future or long for the past. There is only the here and now. For the past is gone and the future has yet to arrive.

Be fearless in trying new things, whether they are physical, mental, or emotional, since being afraid can challenge you to go to the next level, Rita Wilson.

Happiness is a journey, not a destination; happiness is to be found along the way not at the end of the road, for then the journey is over and it’s too late. The time for happiness is today not tomorrow, Paul H Dunn.

  8. Learn to live each day as if it were your last, some day you’ll most certainly be right.

  9. You need to reinterpret the failures and bad experiences as outcomes, as opportunities to learn, grow, and expand beyond your limits. It is all about rethinking them with a positive attitude. Be optimistic because you can and you will overcome whatever you’re going through!
