Distract yourself and have fun with outdoor activities, go to the cinema, theatre, museum, the beach or a pop concert, listen to music, do sports, etc.

Be generous, help others, defend social justice and human rights, get involved and make a difference in your community and/or the world. Search for a more spiritual and meaningful life.
Do not go to sleep without doing or learning something new. Learn and experience new things, discover new artists and styles of music, watch different genre of films, try to undertake tasks that you have not been able to do until now, travel and visit new places, etc.
Do not let a day go by without being happy, and thankful that you are alive and doing well.
