Stop worrying and whining, and work harder than you’ve ever had to in the past. If you have fears, worries, doubts, and self-defeating thoughts, you should examine whether there is anything you can do about it.
Do not try. Do it or do not do it.
A. If you can do something about it, there is no need to worry about it. Determine your goals, design a concrete plan, and commit yourself to achieve it! You can and You will!
B. If you cannot do anything about it, then there is also no point to worry about it. If you cannot do anything about it, let it go, and focus on the positives, on what you can do in the here and now, on what you can change to improve or palliate your situation.
