Carpe diem. Seize the day!

Time is never lost, the life of he who wastes time is lost, Gonzalez-Pecotche.

All human beings have time but no one can buy it.

Do not waste your time, just enjoy it. Live every moment of your life as if it were your last, someday you’ll be right. We hope you will make the most out of your time, live fully, and manage your time as efficiently as possible, but how?

  1. Do not let your tv, smartphone, and social media govern and ruin your time. We all need time to unplug and recharge. It’s crucial to find time to de-stress, unwind, and relax, get your life back under control, and live more meaningfully and purposefully. It is about embracing the here and now, living in the moment with your loved ones!

Time is scarce and precious. Enjoy life, it’s later than you think.

  2. Do not postpone important and essential tasks indefinitely for the sake of more urgent and immediate ones. They might include pointless meetings, long-winded status reports, emails, phone calls, text messages, ineffective and time-wasting tasks.

  3. Be careful to plan your agenda wisely and include enough space for non-urgent but important tasks. Make sure you don’t have an overcrowded and exhausting schedule for every day and instead include buffer times. Free slots on your agenda increase your flexibility and give you better chances to deal with unexpected events or conditions that might occur.Leave open slots on your agenda for unexpected events

  4. Set clear limits on the time you spend on leisure activities, such as watching television, playing video games, social media, and the Internet. Messaging apps and social media are the biggest time-wasters ever. They are also ruin lives: Don’t tell everybody everything about your private life!

Never tell your problems to anyone. 20 percent don’t care and the other 80 percent are glad you have them.

  5. Learn to automate and multi-task unimportant tasks, for example, listen to a podcast or an audiobook to learn a new skill or ability whilst you are commuting or doing housework, send or read a message while you’re waiting at the bus stop or in the doctor’s office, walk while you are calling a customer, exercise while you are watching TV, etc.
